251114:HYMO is an interactive project based on the use of bidimensional barcodes, Quick Response (QR Codes). whoun (a.k.a. Juan Cedenilla) created a series of hyperlinked movies from the most popular video sharing websites through a sequence of QR codes. The interactive installation allows the audience to connect to the linked movies using personal smartphones or tablets.

The project is based on the concept of the hyperlink as a digital non-place. The given digital connection guides the visitor from a movie to another one through a non linear path possible thanks to the electronic device. 251114:HYMO is an archive, a base of data and video, and a virtual bridge among non-places.
